Returns & Refunds

The Five Vocal Tea will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends.  Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund process.

For 'change of mind' we do not accept returns/issue refunds. Tea replacement: if for some reason your tea is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened tea bags, please email us at and we will commence email communication with you to reach a resolution. We do not have a 'money back guarantee' policy. If you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our product, we will not issue refunds, in some cases a sore throat will persist and we advise to consult your doctor.
